How can I track my order?
All of our orders are sent via courier. As soon as your order has been shipped we can sent you the tracking details should you request them through email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we ship in Cyprus, with the option to send Internationally if requested. If you are a customer wishing your products be delivered anywhere outside Cyprus please contact us directly through, firstname.lastname@example.org and state your details and we will reply with the relevant cost.
How can I get a Coupon code?
Each new user is given a coupon to be used on the first order and receive a discount. If you would like to get extra coupons for your future orders please sign up for our newsletter and we will be contacting you for upcoming sales and coupons.
How can I get a refund for my purchase?
Should you decide to return an item purchased and do not require a replacement, we will proceed to a refund of the value of the returned item. the cost of delivery is not refunded. You can find more details in our Delivery and Returns page.
How long will my refund take?
